About This Sculpture
“Never Silent Never Violent”
Toowoomba City Council commissioned Daniel to carve his design of a large open hand for the memorial of Say No To Violence. This is to portray an open welcoming hand of help or for those who need some help to be able to call out for help. Every year a service is held at the sculpture.
